Terms & Conditions
Please read this policy prior to booking into any of our events.
By registering to attend an event run by Hypnosis Today, you understand and agree:
- that you are entering into a contract with Hypnosis Today,
- that if you cancel 8 or more days prior to an event, you will be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee,
- that if you cancel within 7 days of the event or you do not attend, you will be ineligible for a refund of fees already paid. However, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place,
- that notification of any cancellations should be in writing via email
- that Hypnosis Today reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, or if there are less than the required number of registered participants five business days in advance of the scheduled day*, and
- that you will take reasonable steps to ensure that the copyright/intellectual property rights of Hypnosis Today and any relevant third parties are respected.
*In the event of event cancellation by Hypnosis Today, any registration fees already paid for the event will be fully refunded
FOR FREE EVENTS:
In the event of being unable to attend a FREE event for which you have registered, it would be much appreciated if you could PLEASE complete the cancellation process OR contact me via email so that I can offer your place to someone on our waiting list.
